Requested Booking Details

Please provide the details of your requested booking(s) below. If you require more than 6 requests, please attach a separate list that includes all of the necessary information (see attachment option at the end of the form).

Note: Please make sure your requested start and end times match the exact amount of ice time you need. Before submitting your request, check current ice availability via the Arena Schedule. Ice availability and schedules may change at any time. If you are requesting back-to-back ice time, the scheduled flood between uses will be included in your booking and will be paid for by the renter. Flood times are scheduled in 15-minute increments between users.
