Room Booking Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) to LCLC Guest Services at guestserv@lclc.ca
  • Cancellations with 7 or more days’ notice will not be subject to cancellation charges. Any refunds will be subject to an administrative fee.
  • Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will result in 100% of the rental fee being forfeited.
  • No refund or account credit will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
  • Weather-related or emergency cancellations initiated by the LCLC will not be charged, and every effort will be made to reschedule the booking
