Mind & Body

A gentle, pain-free workout designed to enhance mobility, balance, and flexibility without external weights. This slower-paced Essentrics class focuses on rebalancing muscles, improving joint mobility, and releasing tight fascia.

A low-intensity workout combining strengthening and dynamic stretching to relieve pain, prevent injury, and help tone and lengthen the body.

A supported yoga class using a chair for seated and standing postures. Includes breathing exercises and relaxation techniques—perfect for all abilities.

A slower-paced yoga class with less intense postures, focusing on relaxation, breathing, and mindfulness.

Specialty Programs

A beginner-friendly class that combines wellness, movement, and self-defense techniques to build strength, flexibility, and focus.

Instructor: Perry

Elderfit is a water-based exercise program designed for seniors and individuals with limited mobility or physical challenges. Its goal is to promote awareness of the many health and lifestyle benefits of staying physically and mentally active.

Aquacize sessions are led by trained volunteer facilitators in a supportive, low-stress environment. Participants can enjoy gentle, effective movement in the water – no swimming ability required.

Junior Community Dance Collective (Grades 9–12)
An inclusive and non-competitive dance program focused on creativity and expression. Explore contemporary and ballet techniques, improvisation, and collaborative movement in a supportive environment.
